The 4th Annual Pool Safely Pledge Week was a success thanks to our valuable partners. Organizations across the country shared the Pledge with their key audiences, held water safety events and, more than ever, engaged with Pool Safely on social media. New features of this year’s Pledge Week included a daily Twitter “tweetstorm” and a new partner toolkit, specifically designed to help Pool Safely partners engage with us on social media.
Special thanks to our partners who participated in the tweetstorms for Pledge Week 2017: CPR Party, ZAC Foundation, the Michael Phelps Foundation, the National Drowning Prevention Alliance, and the American Red Cross. In case you missed it, click through to each tweetstorm below:

Pool Safely Partner Pledge Week Posts
Throughout the week, many partners used the toolkit to post or tweet their support for taking the Pledge on Facebook and Twitter! Partners also shared photos of adults, kids and safety mascots taking safety selfies at local events or as part of their swimming activities. During their summer swimming lessons, the Tadpole Academy of Baton Rouge had their students take the Pledge and reported, “Everyone had fun signing the [Pledge] cards and learned so much through this simple task.”
