Pool or Spa Submersion: Estimated Nonfatal Drowning Injuries and Reported Drownings, 2018 Report
This report presents annual estimates of the number of emergency department-treated, pool- or spa*-related, nonfatal drownings (submersion injuries*) between 2015 and 2017, and it presents counts of reported pool- or spa-related drownings (submersion fatalities*) between 2013 and 2015 for children younger than 15 years of age.
